Two-tier trust boundary
Governed, cited, cleared. Published data, client-signed evidence and cleared case studies. Everything here carries a source and survives scrutiny in a board paper.
Working intelligence, private, expiring. Conversations, informal signals and unverified reports. It shapes who Sodexo approaches and when . it is never quoted.
Two-tier boundary rule
Tier 1 evidence can be cited in written communications, board papers and RFP responses. Tier 2 intelligence informs behaviour but is never cited externally. Tier 2 entities never appear in exported evidence packs.
What happens when Tier 2 becomes Tier 1

Intake session logs the claim
A BD, ops or bid contributor states the claim in a quarterly intake session. It is logged as a card in the intake queue with an owner and a target tier.

Case study or citation prepared
Marketing assembles the underlying evidence . client sign-off, published data, system extract . and drafts the anonymised asset.

Marketing clears
Anonymisation, claim wording and evidence strength are checked against the citation standard. The target tier is confirmed: Open, Board-only or Restricted.

Legal / Ops sign-off
Client confidentiality obligations are verified. Anything that cannot be evidenced in writing is refused, not softened.

Moves to Tier 1 . now cited
The asset appears in the case-study library and becomes available to evidence packs, board papers and RFP responses.
Export governance
Every evidence pack that leaves the portal carries a receipt. This is the file audit trail Sodexo Legal reviewed.

Radar connectors
Connectors are enabled, paused and retired here and nowhere else. Connector output is Tier 1 by definition. A connector cannot be configured to ingest Tier 2 material. The radar never scrapes anything behind authentication.
